SUBJECT: WORKSHOP - PLATTING REQUIREMENTS AND
CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS
Staff will brief City Council on platting requirements and construction standards that limit
flexibility in future development.
In light of more difficult parcels remaining to be developed in the City, Council may want
to consider directing staff to prepare ordinance amendments to modify these
requirements.
