Call to Order
Citizen Comments
Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the <Board> under Citizen
Comments or on any other agenda item <by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form
with the staff>. A member of the public may address the <Board> regarding an item on the
agenda either before or during the Board’s consideration of the item, upon being recognized by
the <Chairman> or upon the consent of the <Board>. In accordance with the Texas Open
Meetings Act, the <Board> is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.

1) Summary of Golf Course operations 2nd Quarter (Robert Singletary)
2) Golf Course maintenance report (Merlin Tielkemeier)
3) Persimmons Bar and Grill update (Archie Grine)
4) Instructional programs & golf outings (Eric Hunt)
5) Update on Golf Course projects – cart paths, pond shoreline, putting green (Robert
Singletary)
Consideration of minutes
Consider approval of the minutes of the January 19, 2023 meeting and take any necessary
action.
