CALL TO ORDER: 7.15 p.m. - City Council Chambers
CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board under
Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen
Appearance Request form with the City Secretary. A member of the public may
address the Board regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the
Board's consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Presiding Officer or
upon the consent of the Board. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act,
the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Consider Resolution No. 4113 2023-01 approving the Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Fiscal Year 2024 budget and take any necessary action.
3. Consider the minutes of the September 6, 2022 Grapevine 4B Economic
Development Corporation Board meeting and take any necessary action.
