CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board under
Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen
Appearance Request form with the City Secretary. A member of the public may
address the Board regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the
Board’s consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Presiding Officer or
upon the consent of the Board. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act,
the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.
PUBLIC HEARING
2. Conduct a public hearing relative to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Crime Control and
Prevention District Budget.
NEW BUSINESS
3. Consider Resolution No. CCPD 2023-01 approving the City of Grapevine Crime
Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget and take any
necessary action.
4. Consider the minutes of the September 6, 2022 Board meeting and take any
necessary action.
