Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use Request CU16 -05 and Planned Development Overlay PD16- 04 addressed as 301 East Northwest Highway, and consideration of same. B. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use Request CU16 -06 addressed as 214 West Northwest Highway, and consideration of same. C. Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use Request CU16 -10 addressed as 1000 Texan Trail, #130, and consideration of same. III. MINUTES A. Site Plan Review Committee to consider the minutes of the March 2, 2016, regular meeting. IV. TRIPLETT, JR PLANNER II DEVELOPMENT SERVICES SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE APRIL 13, 2016 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT CITY OF GRAPEVINE The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on this the 13th day of April 2016, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200 South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to - wit: Larry Oliver Chairman Darlene Freed Member Scott Williams Member constituting a quorum and the following City Staff: Ron Stombaugh Albert Triplett Jr. Susan Batte Development Services Asst. Director Planner Planning Technician Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m. NEW BUSINESS CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU16-05 & PD16-04 — BRAUM'S First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU16-05 and planned development overlay application PD16-04 for property located at 301 East Northwest Highway and platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Braum's Addition. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to allow for a restaurant with drive through service and a planned development overlay to include but not be limited to deviation from the landscape setback requirement, specifically to expand the building footprint revise the exterior elevations and revise the lot layout in conjunction with a restaurant. After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application CU16-05 and planned development overlay PD16-04. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams Nays: None 041316 SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE APRIL 13, 2016 CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU16-06 — WASH BROTHERS GRAPEVINE EXPRESS Next for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU16-06 for property located at 214 West Northwest Highway and platted as Lot 1R1, Block 10R, Starr. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU13-21 (Ord. 2014-04) for an automotive car wash facility, to allow an enlarged lot and a vehicle inspection station facility specifically to remove the previously approved vehicle inspection station, relocate vacuum spaces and add shade structures. After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application CU16-06. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams Nays: None CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU16-10 — MESA GRILL Next for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU16-06 for property located at 214 West Northwest Highway and platted as Lot 1R1, Block 10R, Starr. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU 15-31 (Ord. 2015-46) for the possession, storage, retail sales and on -premise premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed beverages) revise the floor plan, allow outside dining and outdoor speakers in conjunction with a restaurant, specifically to expand the restaurant footprint, allow modifications to the exterior elevations and floor plan of an existing restaurant. After a brief discussion, Scott Williams moved to approve conditional use application CU16-10. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams Nays: None CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of March 2, 2016. Larry Oliver moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of March 2, 2016.
