ACTION ITEMS A. COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS BUSINESS PURSUANT TO SECTION 51, REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN SPACE AND RECREATIONAL AREAS, CREEK CROSSING ADDITION, AND TO TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTION. B. COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS BUSINESS PURSUANT TO SECTION 51 , REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN SPACE AND RECREATIONAL AREAS, TIMBERLINE SOUTH ADDITION, AND TO TAKE ANY 41, NECESSARY ACTION. III. MISCELLANEOUS REPORTS AND/OR DISCUSSION IV. ADJOURNMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 6252-17 , V.A.T.C. S. , AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 227 , ACTS OF THE 61ST LEGISLATURE, REGULAR SESSION, 1969 , THE OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE AGENDA WAS PREPARED AND POSTED ON THIS THE 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1985 . DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION CITY OF GRAPEVINE COUNTY OF TARRANT STATE OF TEXAS The City of Grapevine Open Space Committee convened in regular meeting at 4: 30 p.m. on this the 10th day of September, 1985, with the thigr following members present to wit: Sue Burgtorf Sharron Spencer Ron Cook Kevin Conklin Tommy Hardy of the City Staff and John Boyle, City Attorney were also present, as were Joe Wright of Timberline South Development, and John Ball of Creek Crossing Development. Chairman Sue Burgtorf called the meeting to order. Under Action Items , the following business was discussed and acted upon. CREEK CROSSING ADDITION By a vote of 3 to 1 , the Committee recommended accepting the location of the 39, 718 square feet of open space as shown on the final plat, with the following stipulations as agreed to by John Ball, of John R. Lif Ball, Jr. and Associates : (1) the 39 , 718 square feet is net of the drainage easement , (2) the area would be cleared of underbrush, vines and any specific trees marked for removal by the City Staff; this would be performed at no cost to the City, (3) any swales or ditches that do not now have positive drainage would be filled with suitable soil at no cost to the City, (4) an approved six-foot wooden screening fence would be installed along the southern property line at the site at no cost to the City, (5) an approved six-foot chain link fence with a twelve-foot double gate would be installed along the eastern property lines at no cost to the City. (000 For: Sue Burgtorf, Kevin Conklin, Ron Cook Against: Sharron Spencer TIMBERLINE SOUTH ADDITION: By a vote of 4 to 0, the Committee recommended accepting a 200' x 200' open space area to be located directly south of lots 50 - 52. There being no further business , Sharron Spencer motioned and Ron Cook seconded that the meeting be adjourned. All present voted aye. The meeting was adjourned.
