SPACE COMMITTEE AGENDA WAS PREPARED AND POSTED ON THIS THE 20TH DAY
OF NOVEMBER, 1985 .

The City of Grapevine Open Space Committee convened in regular meeting
at 4 : 30 p.m. on this the 26th day of November, 1985 , with the
t` following members present to wit:
iff Sue Burgtorf
Sharron Spencer
Ron Cook
Kevin Conklin
Tommy Hardy of the City Staff and Adrian Leonard, City Attorney were
also present.
Sue Burgtorf called the meeting to order.
Under Action Items , the following business was acted upon:
The Committee, by a vote of 4-0, recommended that the City Council
establish the figure of $3 . 40 per square foot as the value for cash in
lieu of requirements for park land dedication. The Committee
recommended that an annual review be made for the valuation.
The Committee also recommended to the Council by a vote of 4-0 that
the cash in lieu of be paid at the time of final plat filing.
410, There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Ron
Cook and seconded by Sharron Spencer. All present voted aye. The
meeting was adjourned.
