IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 6252-17 , V.A.T.C.S. , AS AMENDED
BY CHAPTER 227 , ACTS OF THE 61ST LEGISLATURE, REGULAR
SESSION, 1969 , THE OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE AGENDA WAS PREPARED
AND POSTED ON THIS THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH, 1986 .

The City of Grapevine Open Space Committee convened in regular
meeting at 4: 30 p.m. on this 2nd day of April, 1986 , with the
following members present to wit:
Sharron Spencer
Sue Burgtorf
Ron Cook
Kevin Conklin
Jim Baddaker, Tommy Hardy and Marcy Ratcliff of the City Staff
were present, as was John Boyle, City Attorney, and George
Seagraves and Don Tomnitz , Inc.
Under Action Items, the following business was conducted:
A. Sharron Spencer motioned and Ron Cook seconded to table the
Glade Landing Park request, until John Landon of NPC Homes
could be contacted. Vote was 4 to 0 in favor of tabling.
B. Sharron Spencer motioned and Ron Cook seconded to reject the
offer of approximately 4 .77 acres of park land in Creekwood
West being donated to the City. Vote was 4 to 0 to recommend
rejection.
C. Ron Cook motioned and Sharron Spencer seconded to request
developers to furnish a warranty deed of their required open
space dedication so that the City may file the deed at the
court house simultaneously with the plat. Vote was 4 to 0
for approval.
The next open space meeting will be Wednesday, April 16th at 4:30
p.m.
There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by
Ron Cook and seconded by Sharron Spencer. All present voted aye.
The meeting was adjourned.
