SESSION, 1969 , THE OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE AGENDA WAS PREPARED
AND POSTED ON THIS THE 28TH DAY OF APRIL, 1986.

The City of Grapevine Open Space Committee convened in regular meeting
at 4: 30 p.m. on this the 30th. day of April, 1986, with the
following members present to-wit:
Sharon Spencer
Ronnie Cook
Sue Burgtorf
Kevin Conklin
Mark Mailes and Marcy Ratcliff of the City Staff were present.
Adrienne Leonard, City Attorney, was also present. George Seagraves
represented Horton and Tomnitz .
The meeting was called to order by Sue Burgtorf.
Under Action Items, the Committee once again considered the funding
for development of Glade Landing and Shadow Glen Park. Sue Burgtorf
motioned and Kevin Conklin seconded to spend the total $57 ,440 on
Glade Landing so the park would be totally developed. The vote was 2
for and 2 against to recommend the expenditure to the Council.
Failing to get a majority vote, the Committee continued discussion of
funding. Sharron Spencer motioned and Kevin Conklin seconded to send
div
the tied 2 to 2 vote to the Council for their consideration. The vote
was 4 to 0 for this recommendation.
There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by
Sharron Spencer and seconded by Ron Cook. All present voted aye. The
meeting was adjourned.
