ADJOURNMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICtF 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S., AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 227, ACTS OF THE 61ST LEGISLATURE, REGULAR SESSION, THE OPEN SPACE camnrrrEE MEETING WAS PREPARED AND POSTED ON THIS THE 30TH DAY OF MAY, 1989, AT 5:00 P.M. / íi1 /27 DI R OF PARK AND ' Dee •TION STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT CITY OF GRAPEVINE The Open Space Committee for the City of Grapevine, Texas, met in regular session June 1, 1989, at 4:30 P.M. , in the Council Chambers, Roan #205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas, with the following members present to wit: Ron Cook Member Mark Mailes Member with Chairman, Bill Martin absent. Also present was guest Lynn Meyer, and City Staff member, TO my Hardy, Director of Community Development. CALL TO ORDER Mark Mailes called the meeting to order at approximately 4:30 P.M. ACTION ITEMS SAYBROOKE ADDITION The first item for the Open Space Committee to discuss was business pursuant to the Saybrooke Addition, owned by Mr. Jim Fuller. The Board tple discussed the existing Bloomingfield Subdivision's proposed plat did not include a current park site. The Jim Fuller Company proposed the land be purchased adjacent to the Glade Crossing III park in-lieu-of land in the Bloaningfield Addition. Mr. Fuller proposed that twice as much land would be donated as required. Ron Cook made a nation to accept the proposal frau the Jim Fuller Company as stated above. Mark Mailes seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Cook, Mailes Nays: None Chairman, Bill Martin, arrived at this point of the meeting and did express that he was in agreement of the above motion. ADJOURNMENT With no further discussion, Mark Mailes made a motion to adjourn.
