MINUTES
The Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors met on Tuesday, November
21, 2000 at the Convention & Visitors Bureau, One Liberty Park Plaza, Grapevine, Texas with
the following persons in attendance:

Bill Brink Board Member
Paul Jennings Board Member
Kathee Livengood Board Member
Phil Parker Board Member
Robert Thrailkill Board Member
Steve Trent Board Member
Paul W. McCallum Executive Director
Absent:

Pat Stinson Heritage Foundation Liaison
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Bigbie called the meeting to order.
APPROVAL OF SIGNERS ON CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU/TARANTULA
TRAIN ACCOUNT
In order to assume operation of the Tarantula Train on December 1 it is necessary to establish a
business operations bank account. The Convention & Visitors Bureau board will have authority
over this account with the City Finance department monitoring the account on a monthly basis.
Signers on the account would be Don Bigbie, Paul Jennings, Bill Brink, Paul W. McCallum and
Eloise Koehn. Checks will have two signatures and only one staff member will sign on any
check. A motion to authorize CVB staff to open the account with the above signers was made by
Steve Trent, seconded by Robert Thrailkill. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to bring before the Board, Paul Jennings made the motion to
adjourn, seconded by Bill Brink.
