SUBJECT: B & D MILLS AREA MASTER PLAN
RECOMMENDATION
City Council to review a proposed site plan presented by Mr. Bill Deacon for property
located between Main Street and Ball Street, south of Hudgins Street and including the
B&D Mill site.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On September 21, 1999, CU99-45 (Ord. No. 99-134) was approved allowing the
possession, storage, retail sale and on -premise consumption of alcoholic beverages
