SUBJECT: PURCHASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MINTERS CHAPEL
ROAD CONSTRUCTION — PARCEL 7, MINTERS CHAPEL
HEALTHCARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER
RECOMMENDATION:
City Council consider authorizing the purchase of 0.030 acres for right-of-way for the
Minters Chapel Road construction project from Minters Chapel Healthcare in the
appraised amount of $4,550.00, authorize staff to execute the purchase documents, and
take any necessary action.
