of Grapevine. Texas, some being two tracts of land conveyed by warranty deeds recorded in
Volume 13771, Page 0480 and Volume 13778, Page 154, in the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found fa comer at the intersection of the easterly line of
William 0. Tate Avenue (having a variable width ight–of–woy), with the south line of Arlington
Grapevine Rood (having o 75' wide right–of–way);
THENCE North 41 degrees 57 minutes 16 seconds East along the southerly line of Prospect
Parkway (along a corner dip) far a distance of 27.08 feet to a 1/2 inch Iran rod found for
comer;
