SUBJECT: COUNCIL MEETING DATE CHANGE
RECOMMENDATION:
Council to consider moving the March 21, 2000 Joint City Council and Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting to Tuesday, March 28, 2000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Due to the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District's spring break beginning
March 20, there may not be a quorum of the City Council or the Planning & Zoning
Commission present for the regular March 21, 2000 meeting. Therefore, it is
recommended the regular March 21 meeting date be moved to Tuesday, March 28, 2000.
