Main St. Grapevine, Texas 76051 RE: Conditional Use Application for Weinerschnitzel drive thru restaurant Northwest Hwy. near Boyd, Grapevine, TX. To Whom This May Concern: project. This letter complies with the application review requirement for the above referenced The proposed use of the property in question is for a drive thru restaurant, which also provides indoor seating. The accompanying site plan provides specific conditions and requirements for the proposed use in accordance with the appropriate district regulations. The proposed use of the property will in no wise diminish value or cause any negative impact to the adjoining property or the local neighborhood. To the contrary, the proposed use of the referenced property will be consistent with the existing zoning and potential development of the adjacent property. Further, the proposed use will bring to the area a quality food product enjoyed by almost everyone but is not normally found in multiples of like food groups, i.e., hamburgers, tacos, yogurt and the like. Weinerschnitzel will provide the alternative to the basic hamburger chains by offering a high quality "Hot Dog" served with a variety of toppings and low fat products for the health conscious customer. To that end, Weinerschnitzel will help to provide added value and enjoyment for the area by being either an impulse or a destination oriented food establishment offering the "All American Alternative" to the other fast food groups.
