RECOMMENDATION
City Council to consider a request from Mr. Mark Lamb for a one year extension to
Conditional Use Permit CU99-77, Lamb's DFW Honda, 2350 William D. Tate Avenue,
and take any necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Conditional Use Request CU99-77 (Ord. 00-07) was originally considered and approved
at the February 1, 2000 joint public hearing. At that meeting the applicant requested
approval of a conditional use permit for the establishment of a motorcycle dealership
with sales and service of new and used power generators, lawn equipment, scooters,
ATV's and motorcycles. If approved, the applicant is expecting to apply for a building
permit within ninety days of the request for the extension. See the attached letter.

DFW Honda is requesting an extension of its conditional use permit
# CU99-77 for a Honda motorcycle and power products dealership. The
subject property is located at 2350 William D. Tate Ave. and is zoned
"CC". The builder, Speed Fab -Crete, will be applying for a building
permit within 90 days of the date of this letter.
