EXECUTIVE SESSION
City Council and Grapevine Heritage Foundation to conduct a closed session relative to:
Personnel matters — CEO, Executive Director and Grapevine Heritage
Foundation — pursuant to Section 551.074, Texas Government Code.
City Council to reconvene in open session and take any necessary action relative to
personnel under Section 551.074, Texas Government Code.

The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas and the Grapevine Heritage Foundation
Board met in Special Joint Session (Executive Session) on this the 27th day of May, 1998
at 7:30 p.m. in Conference Rooms A & B, First Floor, 200 South Main Street with the
following members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Mayor
Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem

Constituting a quorum, with the fo!lowing members of the Grapevine Heritage Foundation
Board present:

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
ITEM 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Tate announced the City Council would conduct a closed session regarding
personnel matters — CEO, Executive Director and Grapevine Heritage Foundation under
Section 551.074, Texas Government Code.

Upan reconvening in open session in Conference Raams A & B, Mayor Tate asked if there �
was any action necessary relative to the clased session. City Manager Roger Nelson
stated there was no action necessary relative to persannei matters under Section 551.Q74,
Texas Government Gade.

Mayor Pro Tem Ware, seconded by Councii Member Johnsan, affered a mation to adjourn
: the meeting at 10:OQ p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vate:
