SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU01-10
RECOMMENDATION
City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission to consider applicant's request
for withdrawal of Conditional Use Application CU01-10 and take any other action
necessary.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Scott Eldredge, Development Manager for the Trammell -Crow Company, submitted a
conditional use request for freight -forwarding in conjunction with a warehousing and
distribution based business, to be located within the Heritage Business Park. Mr.
Eldredge has since elected not to pursue the request. See the attached letter.
Staff recommends approval.
