The new force main will be 24" in diameter and will provide the capacity for the existing 12" line as well as for the future capacity demands in the area. The project was advertised in the Fort Worth Star Telegram on February 2, 18, 22, 25, 2001. A pre-bid conference was held on February 2, 2001 and bids were opened at 10:00 am on March 3, 2001.
