The web site had bid forms available for download. This bid is to establish an annual contract for construction services to build new or replace existing curbs and gutters on an as needed basis for the Street Division. The bid was sent to fifteen vendors with two vendors responding. Bids were opened on April 6, 2001 and all bid responses were read aloud. Staff recommends a primary award to Randall and Blake as low bid for all items listed in the bid tabulation. In order to insure the availability of this service, it is also recommended that a secondary award be made to Ed A. Wilson and that this vendor be used in case the primary vendor is not available. Staff recommends approval of an award to all low bid vendors. CD April 11, 2001 (2:43PM) " 0 0 0 0 0 0 c 0 0 0 0 0 0 O O 'IT N O CO O co4.
