WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine desires to complete the 2019
Inflow and Infiltration project; and
WHEREAS, all constitutionai and statutory prerequisites for the approval of the
ordinance have Leennnet-, including but not limited to the Open Meetings Act and Chapt
211 of the Local Government Code; and I
VVHE�*,EAS, the City Council deems the adoption of this ordinance to be in the best
interests of the nealth, safety, and weifare of the public.
1'40W THEEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section That aii mallers stated hereinabove are found to be true and correct
and are incorporat E ed herein bv reference as if copied in their entirety.
3eaior 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes an estimated amount of
$5,803300- be acoroloriated from the Utility Enterprise Capital Fund forthe2019 Inflowand
Infiltrati0f,", P,CoJecl.
Section 3. That a copy of the revised FY 2023-2024 annual budget document
shall be 1�eot or, fkle H- uie office of the City Secretary.
Sectior,6. That the terms and provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed to be
severable., and �at if thle validity of any section, subsection, word, sentence or phrase shall
