City Council to hold strategic planning workshop to determine direction and planning for
the future of the City.

The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Regular Session on this the 2nd
day of June, 2016 in the Event Hall at The REC of Grapevine, 1175 Municipal Way,
Grapevine, Texas with the following members present:

constituting a quorum, with the following members of the City Staff:

Jennifer Hibbs Assistant City Manager
Call to Order
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
City Council to hold strategic planning workshop to determine direction and planning for
the future of the City.
Dr. Mike Mowry with Strategic Government Resources facilitated the strategic planning
workshop with City Council.
In small groups, City Council prioritized their goals for the next three to five years and the
next five to ten years.
As a group, City Council discussed the goals and determined the top five goals and
identified the steps to accomplish them.
ADJOURNMENT
City Council adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:57 p.m.
