FUNDING SOURCE Not applicable BACKGROUND TCLEOSE requires all Peace Officer License holders to complete a mi hours of in-service training every two years. The Grapevine Police Depart a substantial amount of the required training through the departme Training Program conducted under a Contractual Training Provider TCLEOSE that is valid for a two year period. That the City Council supports the in-service training program of the Grapevine Police Department conducted under a Contractual Training Provider Contract with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education (TCLEOSE).
