CU03-54 HAYES TRUCK GROUP
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff has received a request from Ms. Jana Woods, Hayes Truck Group, requesting a one-
year extension to their previously approved Conditional Use Permit to allow for the
expansion of the existing structure and add property to the site for employee parking. Staff
recommends the City Council consider a one-year extension of this conditional use permit.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Conditional Use Request CU03-54 was originally considered and approved at the January
20, 2004 joint public hearing. The site is located at 316 East Dallas Road and platted as
Lot 1, Block 1, M & H Addition and Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Hilltop Addition.

year the Conditional Use Permit granted on January 20, 2004 to Hayes Truck Group for
our property known as Lot 1, Block 1 of the M & H Addition and Lot 1, Blocks 5 and 6
of the Hilltop Addition.
