SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANT POSITION ON THE
HERITAGE. FOUNDATION BOARD
RECOMMENDATION:
City Council Member Clydene Johnson, Council liaison to the Heritage Foundation,
recommends the appointment of Mr. Mike Hooker to fill the Board vacancy created by
the resignation of Ms. Sarah Cloud. Mr. Hooker has extensive experience as a festival
volunteer and previous involvement with Heritage Foundation activities.
