BID RECEIVED FOR SALE OF HISTORIC DEACON HOUSE
204 SOUTH DOOLEY STREET
Staff recommends the City Council authorize the sale of the historic Deacon House at
204 South Dooley Street for the bid price of $190,211.56 that was received from Diann
Neal, as opened on June 17, 2005.
BACKGROUND
The Purchasing Department of the City of Grapevine received one bid for the sale of the
historic Deacon house located at 204 South Dooley Street at the bid opening on June
17, 2005 in the amount of $190,211.56. The bid was from Ms. Diann Neal a former City
of Grapevine resident of Dooley Street. The minimum bid price for the home was
$190,000.
Ms. Neal will be relocating from Mansfield.
