HARDY, DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES` MEETING DATE: AUGUST 16, 2005 SUBJECT: HISTORIC LANDMARK OVERLAY REQUEST HL05-04 RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission accept the applicant's request to table historic landmark overlay request HL05-04 and take any other action necessary. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The new owners of the property, Mr. and Mrs. Barfield, have requested that the Historic Landmark Overlay request for property addressed as 420 East Wall Street be tabled to the September 20, 2005 City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. This will allow time for additional issues to be addressed regarding the new construction of a residence.
