BACKGROUND INFORMATION This application was submitted by Larry Johnson, representing Heritage United Methodist Church. This request is for one 1,440 square foot freestanding manufactured classroom building. The proposed building is intended to replace a modular classroom building that was destroyed by fire. The property is zoned "R-20" Single Family District. A building permit application has been submitted and reviewed by the Building Department. The building will comply with all codes and ordinances.
