Tate Avenue, filed by Visions Southwest 40 L.P., and take any necessary action. BACKGROUND INFORMATION This application was submitted by Nels Nelson, representing Visions Southwest 40 L.P. The request is to move 48 prefabricated building components to the site, which will be assembled to create a 25,100 square foot 2 -story office building. The foundation, porte-cochere, building lobby and exterior finish veneer will be constructed on site. This property is zoned "C -C" Community Commercial District (Case Z05-04), and the site plan was administratively approved (SP05-08). The Building Inspection Department will ensure that all aspects of the construction comply with adopted codes and ordinances. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A BUILDING; PROVIDING FOR A NON -TRANSFERABLE PERMIT; PROVIDING A SITE PLAN AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building on a particular tract of land; and WHEREAS, the building official investigated the application and determined that all requirements of the Building Code and other applicable ordinances had been or would be met; and WHEREAS, the City Manager, or his designated representative, set a date for public hearing about which proper notice was given. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: Section 1. That Move -in Building Application MIB05-02 was filed by Visions Southwest 40 L.P. to move 48 prefabricated building components to construct a building of approximately 25,100 square feet at 4101 William D. Tate Avenue, platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Vineyards North, City of Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas and is hereby approved. Section 2. That said permit is not transferable and shall apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned. Section 3. That said permit be issued in accordance with the site plan attached as Exhibit "A". Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its passage.
