1 . City Council to conduct a closed session relative to:
A. Pending or contemplated litigation (relative to Edgewood ISD, et al
v Mike Moses, et al) under Section 551 .071 , Texas Government Code.
City Council to reconvene in open session and take any and all necessary action
relative to pending or contemplated litigation under Section 551 .071 , Texas
Government Code.
