ELECTION OF MAYOR PRO -TEM
City Council to elect a Mayor Pro -Tem for 2004-2005 and take any necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
City Charter, Section 3.05 provides that the City Council, at its first meeting after election
of Councilmen, shall elect one of its number as Mayor Pro Tem and he or she shall
perform all of the duties of the Mayor, in the absence or disability of the Mayor.
