LAWLER ADDITION NO. 1 Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council consider the request from Mr. Phillip Bressinck to withdraw conditional use request CU04-20 and the associated replat of the W.R. Lawler Addition, No. 1 and take any other necessary action. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Conditional Use Request CU04-20 was submitted for property located near the southeast corner of Ponderosa Drive and Ira E. Please withdraw the request to plat and re -zone and also this is a request to stop the process required by the Zoning Board of Adjustments. Thank you.
