CONSIDER MODIFICATIONS TO THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR
CITY -LEASED CORPS OF ENGINEERS PROPERTY
The Council Corps Sub -Committee and Staff recommend the City Council consider
approval of modifications to the fee schedule relating to City -leased Corps of Engineers
property at Lake Grapevine. The recommendations are below.

The Council Corps Sub -Committee and Staff recommend lowering the fees for annual
boat ramp passes for the remainder of the calendar year (from September 1 —
December 31). Since we are now past the peak season for boating at the lake, the Sub -
Committee and Staff feel that more revenue will be generated by lowering the fee for
boat ramp passes. This is because more customers would be willing to pay a reduced
fee rather than pay the full fee since there are only four months left in the calendar year.
