BACKGROUND INFORMATION Due to an error in advertising the size of the requested variance associated with the lot width, the case must be re -advertised and property owners re -notified. The Board of Zoning Adjustment will reconsider the variance at their October 6, 2003 meeting. This application was submitted by Mr. Ronnie Smith, the property owner. This request is to move in a single story residence that will replace a dilapidated house that has been demolished. A variance request for a six foot encroachment into the required 30 -foot front yard setback, and a 25 -foot variance to the lot width was considered and tabled by Board of Zoning Adjustment at its September 8, 2003 meeting. A building permit application has been submitted and reviewed by the Building Department, and an initial inspection of the structure has been performed. The building will comply with all codes and ordinances.
