SUBJECT: COUNCIL MEETING DATE CHANGE
RECOMMENDATION:
Council to consider moving the March 16, 2004 Joint City Council and Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting to Tuesday, March 23, 2004.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Due to the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District's spring break beginning
March 15, there may not be a quorum of the City Council or the Planning & Zoning
Commission present for the regular March 16, 2004 meeting. It is therefore recommended
that the regular March 16, 2004 meeting date be moved to Tuesday, March 23, 2004.
