1. Consider a resolution approving the City of Grapevine Crime Control and
Prevention District Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Budget and take any necessary action.
2. Consider the minutes of the September 7, 2010 Board meeting and take any
necessary action.

CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT BOARD
The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the City of Grapevine, Texas met on
this the 14th day of September, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Second
Floor, 200 South Main Street, with the following Board members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Presiding Officer
C. Shane Wilbanks Board Member
Sharron Spencer Board Member
Roy Stewart Board Member
Darlene Freed Board Member
Mike Lease Board Member
Chris Coy Board Member
constituting a quorum, with the following members of the City Staff:
Bruno Rumbelow City Manager
Jennifer Hibbs Assistant City Manager
H. T. Hardy Assistant City Manager
Doug Connor Assistant City Attorney
Linda Huff City Secretary
John McGrane Administrative Services Director
CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Officer Tate called the meeting to order at 6:46 p.m.
ITEM 1. RESOLUTION. APPROVE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION
DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 BUDGET
Administrative Services Director John McGrane requested approval of a resolution
approving the Grapevine Crime Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2010-2011
bud�et. The FY2011 budget proposal is $12,640,000.00. The Board adopted the same
$isca! year as the City and is required to adopt a budget for the new fiscal year prior to
October 1, 2G�0. Revenues are projected at$10,450,000.00 with expenditures projected
at$12,237,C�'.00. There will be$2.1 million transferred from the General Fund and there
is r,�rojected to be a $402,973.00 in excess revenue at year's end.
Aft�er approv�l by the Board, the budget will be included in the City Council's annual budget
for F�scal Year 2011.
Board Member Stewart, seconded by Board Member Lease, offered a motion to approve
the resolution adopting the Crime Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2010-2011
budget. The motion prevailed by the following vote:

Ayes: Tate, Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
RESOLUTION NO. CCPD 2010-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION
DISTRICT BOARD ADOPTING AND PROPOSING A
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
2010 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2011;AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
ITEM 2. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
City Secretary Huff recommended approval of the minutes of the September 7, 2010 Crime
Control and Prevention District Board meeting as published.
Board Member Spencer, seconded by Board Member Wilbanks, offered a motion to
approve the minutes as recommended. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
Board Member Lease, seconded by Board Member Coy, offered a motion to adjourn the
meeting at 6:48 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
