CALL TO ORDER
NEW BUSINESS
1. Consider a resolution amending Grapevine Crime Control and Prevention District
CCPD Resolution No. 2011-01 authorizing a joint election agreement with Tarrant
County to provide election services and equipment for the May 14, 2011 Crime
Control and Prevention District renewal election and take any necessary action.
2. Consider the minutes of the March 1,2011 Grapevine Crime Control and Prevention
District Board and take any necessary action.

The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the City of Grapevine, Texas met on
this the 19th day of April, 2011 at 8:20 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor,
200 South Main Street, with the following Board members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Presiding Officer
C. Shane Wilbanks Board Member
Sharron Spencer Board Member
Roy Stewart Board Member
Darlene Freed Board Member
Mike Lease Board Member
Chris Coy Board Member
constituting a quorum, with the following members of the City Staff:

CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Officer Tate called the meeting to order at 8:56 p.m.
ITEM 1. RESOLUTION,AMENDING RESOLUTION CCPD 2011-01,AUTHORIZING
JOINT ELECTION AGREEMENT WITH TARRANT COUNTY
City Manager Bruno Rumbelow recommended approval of a resolution amending
Resoiu�ion Nc�. CCPD 2011-01 to authorize a joint election agreement with Tarrant County
to provide �ie��ion services for the May 14, 2011 Crime Control and Prevention District
renewal.
Mation 5y B�ar� Member Spencer, seconded by Board Member Wilbanks, to approve as
recommended prevailed by the following vote:

ORDERING AN ELECTION TO BE HELD ON MAY 14, 2011 �"
JOINT WITH TARRANT COUNTY REGARDING THE
CONTINUATION OF THE DISTRICT; TAKING ALL OTHER
NECESSARY ACTIONS; PROVIDING SPECIFIC
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CONDUCTING OF SAID
ELECTION; REPEALING INCONSISTENT RESOLUTIONS
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
ITEM 2. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Board Member Coy, seconded by Board Member Freed, offered a motion to approve the
minutes of the March 1, 2011 Crime Control and Prevention District Board meeting as
published. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
Board Member Wilbanks, seconded by Board Member Lease, offered a motion to adjourn
the meeting at 8:23 p. m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
