CALL TO ORDER
PUBLIC HEARING
1. Conduct a public hearing relative to Fiscal Year 2011 - 2012 Crime Control and
Prevention District Budget and take any necessary action.
2. Consider the minutes of the April 19 and May 24, 2011 meetings and take any
necessary action.

The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the City of Grapevine, Texas met on
this the 6th day of September, 2011 at 7:25 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Second
Floor, 200 South Main Street, with the following Board members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Presiding Officer
C. Shane Wilbanks Board Member
Sharron Spencer Board Member
Roy Stewart Board Member
Darlene Freed Board Member
Mike Lease Board Member
Chris Coy Board Member
constituting a quorum, with the following members of the City Staff:
Bruno Rumbelow City Manager
Jennifer Hibbs Assistant City Manager
John F. Boyle, Jr. City Attorney
Linda Huff City Secretary
CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Officer Tate called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.
IZ�EfVI 1. PUBLIC HEARING. CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT
FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012 BUDGET
Presiding �cer Tate declared the public hearing open.
Administrat;ve Services Director John McGrane reviewed the Crime Control and Prevention
District Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Budget noting that total revenues are projected at
$�I 2,963,649.00 with $11,350,000.00 being from the '/2 cent sales tax that was approved in
May 2011 for 15 years. Total expenditures are projected to be $12,963,649.00.
Presiding Officer Tate invited guests present to speak regarding the proposed budget. No
one wished to speak and there was no correspondence to report.
Board Member Wilbanks, seconded by Board Member Coy, offered a motion to close the
public hearing. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate. Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None

Presiding Officer Tate stated that final action on the budget will be taken at a special
meeting on September 13, 2011.
ITEM 2. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
City Secretary Huff recommended approval of the minutes of the April 19 and May 24,
2011 Crime Control and Prevention District Board meetings as published.
Board Member Lease, seconded by Board Member Stewart, offered a motion to approve
the minutes as published. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
Board Member Wilbanks, seconded by Board Member Coy, offered a motion to adjoum
the meeting at 7:35 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
