The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Work Session on this the
13th day of February, 1996 at 6:00 p.m. in Police Training Room #104, 307 West ;
Dallas Road, with the following members present to-wit: �

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m. i

ITEM 1 . WORKSHOP
' City Manager Trent Petty stated the Public Works Staff had identified current and
future traffic and transportation related concerns of the City Council. Public Works
Director Hodge noted the FY96 Capital Projects Budget includes funding for a Traffic '�
, and Transportation System Study to address these important issues. He then ;
', reviewed the scope of work for the proposed program that would improve/update the E
highway system, traffic signalization, and prioritization of thoroughfare/roadway �
projects in and around Grapevine.
' There was no formal action taken by the City Council.

ADJOURNMENT :
Mayor Pro Tem Ware, seconded by Council Member Pittman, offered a motion to
adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes : Tate, Ware, Spencer, Wilbanks, Traverse & Pittman
Nays : None
Absent : Johnson
