Box 95104 Grapevine, TX 76099 RE: Gaylord Opryland Texas — Hotel CUP Narrative Dear Ron: F E 8 1 0 2003 Per our conversation of yesterday afternoon regarding the narrative of changes to the Hotel Conditional Use Permit package that was submitted yesterday, I offer the following narrative that represents the changes since the last CUP approval. The changes are as follows: 1) Final site plan configurations at the North parking lot due to revised fire lane requirements. 2) Clarification of the final proposed POS for liquor and liquor storage within the hotel and convention center per final Gaylord programs. 3) Program clarifications at the Atria Train Station entertainment venue to include liquor POS and storage, video machines, and pool tables. 4) Clarification of the location of the cellular phone cell site, under roof at the Hotel silo. 5) Location of "low profile" cell antennas at the Hotel roof, which do NOT extend above the center atria skylight and due to their simple profile, will be barely visible from the ground. 6) The site plan represents the use of the "bowl" area of the site at the northeast corner of the site for the events lawn. 7) The site plan also represents to the north of the parking lot the addition of two (2) tennis courts. I look forward to visiting with you and your staff this week to further discuss the CUP drawings. Please don't hesitate to call me on my mobile phone (615-305-8013) if you have any questions regarding this matter.
