Activity Current Fee Recommended Fee Camping Fee $13 per day/residents Same Primitive Camping Cabin Rental Boat Ramps Age 62 and over Handicapped $16 per day/non-residents $13 per day $19 per day $5 per launch $35 annual pass/residents Same $14 per day $20 per day Same $35 annual pass/residents Residents or non-residents Age 62 and over Handicapped $75 annual pass/non-residents Same Park Entrance Fee $3 per vehicle plus $1 per $1 per person (Daily) person not including the driver April 30, 2003 (1:41 PM) S '14LIN The City Council Sub -Committee and staff recommend persons age 62 and over and handicapped persons be included in the annual pass for residents for boat ramps. This will make it consistent with the $13 camping fee that includes residents, persons age 62 and over and handicapped. Another recommended modification is for a $1 increase in the fee for primitive camping and the one cabin at Silver Lake Campground to coincide with the $1 increase the Council already approved for camping for non-residents. Finally, the City Council Sub -Committee and staff recommend modifying the Park Entrance fee from the current $3 per vehicle plus $1 per person not including the driver to $1 per person to simplify the fee. Of all the fees, the park entrance fee is one that staff has received the most complaints about. April 29, 2003 (1:55PM)
