The CrossRoads of DFW project is a Planned Commercial Center Development consisting of nine existing restaurant sites and two vacant sites. The TGI Friday's Restaurant currently sells alcoholic beverages for onsite consumption and asks that this Conditional Use be extended. The renovations and alterations are noted on the attached revised commercial Development Plan. We feel the improvements do not increase traffic or environmental conditions at the site or in the area. The proposed minor alterations we feel have limited if any impact on abutting properties or this area of the City. The improvements we believe will benefit the appearance and use of the subject property and slightly enhance the value of the abutting facilities.
