SUBJECT: ZONE CHANGE REQUEST Z03-03 AND CONDITIONAL USE
REQUEST CU03-16
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to withdraw Zone Change Request Z03-03 and Conditional Use
Request CU03-16 and take any other action necessary.
BACKGROUND:
Staff has received a letter from the property owner requesting to withdraw the above
referenced cases. The subject property is undergoing a complete design change after
which a new submittal will be made to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the
City Council for consideration. See the attached letter.
