SUBJECT: AUGUST COUNCIL MEETING
RECOMMENDATION:
Council to consider canceling the August 5, 2003 City Council meeting.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The first City Council meeting in August falls on National Night Out, therefore Staff
recommends canceling the August 5, 2003 City Council meeting to allow the City Council
to participate in the National Night Out neighborhood programs. The second City Council
meeting in August would be held on August 19 as scheduled.
