State Highway 114, filed by G. Philip Morley of BGO Architects L. P. on behalf of Texas Toyota of Grapevine, and take any necessary action. BACKGROUND INFORMATION This application was submitted by Mr. G. Philip Morley of BGO Architects L.P. on behalf of Texas Toyota of Grapevine. This request is for two temporary modular buildings measuring 24 -feet by 56 -feet that will be used as temporary sales offices. The applicant has indicated that the modular buildings will be utilized for no longer than 18 months. Within that time, either permanent changes will be made to the site to accommodate the increased need for office space or the dealership will vacate the site and move to another location. A Conditional Use Permit (CU03-22) relative to this request has also been submitted and will be considered as a part of the Council's public hearing agenda. Building permit applications have been submitted and reviewed by the Building Department.
