1 . City Council to review and consider entering into an agreement to exchange
certain property located at 413 South Main Street for like kind property
pursuant to Chapter 272, Texas Local Government Code and take any
necessary action.

7th day of August, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Court
Room #205, 307 West Dallas Road, with the following members present to-wit:

Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem
Sharron Spencer Council Member
C. Shane Wilbanks Council Member

constituting a quorum, with the following members of the City Staff:

Council Member Traverse, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Ware, offered a motion to
accept the bid submitted by Carl and Francis Wiggins. The motion prevailed by the
following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Ware, Spencer, Wilbanks, Traverse, Pittman & Johnson
Nays: None
ADJOURNMENT
Council Member Spencer, seconded by Council Member Pittman, offered a motion to
adjourn the meeting at 7:08 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Ware, Spencer, Wilbanks, Traverse, Pittman & Johnson
Nays: None
