SUBJECT: AMENDMENTS TO THE MASTER LAND USE PLAN RELATIVE TO
GRAPEVINE MIDDLE SCHOOL
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission discuss the Official City of
Grapevine Future Land Use Map II relative to the existing Grapevine Middle School and
set this item for discussion at the next scheduled workshop.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Grapevine/Colleyville Independent School District (GCISD) staff contacted the City
regarding the status of the Land Use Designation for the existing Grapevine Middle
School. The current designation of the school property is Governmental Use. GCISD
staff requested the Planning and Zoning Commission discuss appropriate alternatives to
the current designation. A copy of the future land use designation for this area is
enclosed.
