Staff has met with the owners of Lonesome Dove Ranch regarding the storage of well water in a 6 -acre pond on the ranch. The pond is adjacent to the proposed soccer and baseball fields. The owners have agreed to allow the City to use the pond for irrigation. A total of $500,000 was approved in the October 1998 bond election for Phase 1 development of Meadowmere Park.
