The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special Workshop Session on
this the 28th day of February, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Acquisition Room, Lower
Level, DFW Hilton and Executive Conference Center, 1800 Highway 26 East, with the
following members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Mayor
Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem
Sharron Spencer Council Member
Gil Traverse Council Member
Jerry L. Pittman Council Member
Will Wickman Council Member
constituting a quorum, with Council Member C. Shane Wilbanks absent, with the
following members of the City Staff:
Trent Petty City Manager
David Tesmer Assistant to City Manager
Jerry Hodge Director of Public Works
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
WORKSHOP
City Manager Petty led the City Council in disucssion of the following topics: Central
Business District housing project, Captial Projects update, golf survey information,
drainage policy issues, and economic development update.
There was no action taken by the City Council at the Special Workshop Session.
ADJOURNMENT
Council Member Traverse, seconded by Council Member Pittman, offered a motion to
adjourn the meeting at 9:08 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes : Tate, Ware, Spencer, Traverse, Pittman & Wickman
Nays : None
Absent : Wilbanks
